Starting a conversation with a Vendor
Vendors generally have a Community-Specific Contact who handles communication on the platform. Using the contact button on their vendor card will send you right to them!
You can also add multiple vendors to a Contact Folder to send them all the same message at once. This helps if you'd like more details on how they can help with your specific situation, or aren't sure which you'd prefer to work with.
Having a conversation
You can access your inbox from the Conversations tab in your community's header. Once you've initiated contact on our platform, you'll find your messages here. Some messages may be pending approval by the community manager or awaiting a vendor response, but don't worry! We regularly contact vendors with messages they haven't responded to to ensure yours hasn't been missed.
