Redeeming Offers

If offers are enabled in your community, interacting with them is the best way to get value from your community. They can be searched on the homepage and found on vendor profiles.

In certain public communities, you will be able to see offers, but will have to log into that community to see more details about those offers and redeem them. In this case, you will get a popup asking you to log in when you try to view details for an offer.

You'll need to click on "Show Details" to see the offer. The URL for this offer modal can be copied & shared to others who have access to the community.

After you click "Redeem now" on an offer, you'll be given the steps required to activate that offer. This could include clicking on a link, copying a promo code or some other text, or even contacting the vendor directly.
