Interacting with your Community

Your community manager is here to support you in any way they can. Reach out to them with any questions, concerns or ideas you might have. Generally, you can contact them using the About link in the header (there will be a Contact Us button). There may also be a link to email your community manager in the footer.

Depending on your specific community configuration, you may be able to connect with other groups on-platform.

Vendors

It's usually best to interact with vendors through their offers, but if you have specific questions for a vendor, there are plenty of places to contact them directly. Try their vendor card, or click into their vendor profile!

Member/Portfolio Companies

Depending on your community settings, these could go by many names. These are companies just like you, interacting with vendors in the community. In some communities, you're able to contact their team members to sync about your tech stacks, market challenges, or just network & connect.

The team members section can be found at the bottom of a company's profile, and they're displayed in the company's card in searches on the homepage!
