Managing staff

There are three types of staff that can be managed on your vendor profile.


Vendor Owners can accept invites to new communities and invite other vendors to a community. They are common across all communities on one server.

Vendor Support has configuration access to the vendor's profile. They are common across all communities in one region.

Community-Specific Contact are the contact people for a vendor for a specific community. This is a stand alone or add-on role, and vendors need to log into each community to manage this setting for that community.


You will need a CSC defined for each community you're in.
