Your vendor profile

Your profile is how you're represented to the community. It's shared across all communities that you're a part of (but offers need to be transferred manually). Depending on a community's configuration, there may be additional sections available.


Remember, you can always edit your vendor profile from your user icon or using the settings button on your profile!

  • Basic Info
  • Why work with us?
  • Clients
    • Most communities will require clients to verify that they've worked with you. A community can allow verification via directly emailing the client, manually verifying your relationship on their website, or uploading an invoice. You can see which options are available in a community
  • Brochure
    • You can upload a PDF to help educate consumers about your product.
  • Video
    • An introductory video about your company or services from YouTube, Vimeo, or DailyMotion.

Community options

  • Company focus
    • This section will be included if services & industries are enabled in your community. You will have been prompted for this during setup and can update them from your profile settings at any time.
  • Offers
    • These can be transferred between communities in your profile settings. You will have been prompted for these during setup and can update them from your profile settings at any time.
  • Stack
    • This is the list of technologies your company uses. You will have been prompted for this during setup and can update them from your profile settings at any time.
  • Reviews
    • If reviews are shown, they may be synced across communities.
  • Social Media Profiles
    • If social media is enabled, members will always see your social media links in the sidebar.
    • The community may also show a social media feed at the bottom of your profile.
