This is a list of CSVs available to CMs. Vendors each have their own personal Insights page with associated CSVs—those are not included here.

Vendors

Contains information about the vendors in your community. The link can be found at the bottom of the Manage Vendors page (link accessible through HelpScout beacon only).

Community Stack

Breakdown of your community stack by stack item and community members using that item. The link can be found at the top of the Community Stack page (link accessible through HelpScout beacon only).

Access Whitelist

Lists all domains that are currently whitelisted. Does not include individually whitelisted email addresses. The link can be found at the top of the Access Whitelist page (link accessible through HelpScout beacon only).

Offers

Information about active offers in the community. For activity on all offers including deleted and expired offers, please visit the "Money Saved" tab/table in Community Insights. The link to this CSV can be found at the top of the Offers page (link accessible through HelpScout beacon only).

Community Conversations

Details about every conversation that happens in the community. Does not include your personal conversations that happen in other communities. The link to this CSV can be found at the top of the Conversations Page (link accessible through HelpScout beacon only).

Profiles Pending Update

This CSV contains a list of vendors that have not updated their profiles recently, as well as the email address that the most recent update request was sent to. The link can be found at the top of the Profiles Pending Update page (link accessible through HelpScout beacon only).

Community Insights

Offers - Money Saved

This CSV contains information about offers that have been redeemed in your community, broken down by individual redemption. The link can be found at the top of the Money Saved table in the Offers tab of Community Insights (link accessible through HelpScout beacon only).

This CSV exists for public communities only, and will not be visible in private communities. It contains leadfeeder data about companies that visited your community. It can be found in the Visitors tab of Community Insights (link accessible through HelpScout beacon only).
